PLC CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
An exclusive 2.5hr in-person workshop in a small group setting. You get to see first hand how Jenne bakes her signature recipes in her beautiful home studio. This is your chance to ask all the baking & decorating questions you’ve ever had and definitely walk away upskilled and confident for your next bakes.
You will also get a free online copy of her published eBook {The Bake & Buttercream} which includes PLC’s signature Vanilla Cake & Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipes and the most in-depth tips & tricks you’ll find in any recipe book to ensure your success at these bakes (RRP $33).

WHAT TO EXPECT
9:00am WELCOME
9:10am PART I - Jenne will demonstrate baking her signature Vanilla Cake recipe from scratch; watch and learn all the tips & tricks of baking in a home kitchen
9:40am PART II - Jenne will demonstrate how she structures and builds her mini-cake with buttercream and get it ready for the decoration stage. She will show you her buttercream colouring & piping techniques
10:00am PART III – Get creative! You will get hands-on experience to decorate your very own minicake to take home and show off to your loved ones. Eating your own masterpiece is a truly satisfying experience!
11:00am PART IV - Cake photos & food photography tips
TEA BREAK – enjoy a cup of fancy tea/coffee and one of PLC’s famous home baked treats
